All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to duketrackandfieldcamp@gmail.com.

Standard Cancellation Policy (Without Cancellation Insurance)

  • More than 14 days before camp begins: You will receive a camp credit for the full amount paid, minus processing fees. This credit can be applied to any future camp and is transferable only to immediate family members (e.g., siblings).

  • 14 days or fewer before camp begins: A camp credit will be issued for the total amount paid, minus a $200 deposit and processing fees. This credit can be used for future camps and is transferable only to immediate family members (e.g., siblings).

  • Once camp begins: No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellation Insurance

For added flexibility, we offer optional Cancellation Insurance for $50 per session. This must be purchased at the time of registration and provides additional protection for cancellations.

Advantages of Cancellation Insurance:

  • More than 14 days before camp begins: Receive a full refund of the camp fees paid (less the $50 insurance fee and processing fees).

  • Once camp begins: If a camper is unable to complete camp due to injury (verified by a doctor’s note and documented by the camp director), a pro-rated camp credit, minus processing fees, may be issued for future camps.
